3XN is looking for a talented, experienced design architect to join us full-time in our Sydney Studio. Starting date as soon as possible. You will be working with our local and internationally based team on various Australasian projects within an innovative, design-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Bachelor or master’s degree in architecture
- 5-10 years of experience in creative, design-focused architecture studio(s)
- Possess a strong passion for design
- Strong abilities with Rhino, Revit, with Grasshopper and Dynamo skill set as well.
- Experience in leading projects at different phases
- Solid technical knowledge and detail ability
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong conceptual design skills.
- Strong documenting skills
- Experience with drawing sets
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- You must be a team player, self-directed, and highly motivated
- Candidates must feel comfortable being agile in tasks in a creative and dynamic environment
- Have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” mentality
