What You?ll Do Here
Education
As an Architectural Project Designer/Architect at Hobbs+Black, you?ll play a key role in shaping environments across healthcare, education, civic, mixed use, hospitality, commercial, and housing sectors. You?ll lead with both empathy and technical expertise as you:
- Build trusted relationships with clients and turn their needs into thoughtful, functional design solutions
- Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct site planning, zoning work, and code analysis
- Lead the development of coordinated high quality construction documents
- Design and document with precision using Revit and Bluebeam
- Prepare bid packages and partner with consultants to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Support construction administration with field visits, submittal reviews, and thorough documentation
- Contribute to the studio?s QA/QC process to uphold our standards of excellence

What You Bring To The Team
- 6+ years of related architectural work experience
- Advanced Revit skills and comfort producing detailed construction documents
- Commitment to sustainable, thoughtful design
- Licensure preferred (or active progress toward licensure)
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
