We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator – Architecture to lead the coordination, quality control, and management of architectural BIM models across multidisciplinary projects. This role is essential in ensuring model accuracy, compliance with BIM standards, and smooth collaboration between architecture, structure, landscape, and infrastructure teams.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in model federation, clash detection, BIM workflow implementation, and technical support across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines
- Ensure effective integration of design information across all project stakeholders
- Review and maintain BIM models to ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and naming conventions
- Monitor model quality, consistency, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with design teams to resolve identified issues
- Track clashes, follow up on actions, and support timely resolution
- Manage model federation and support interdisciplinary coordination reviews
- Lead or participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Support the production of drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models
- Prepare BIM coordination reports and highlight key technical issues, risks, and action items
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and project-specific BIM procedures
- Ensure alignment with internal BIM standards and client requirements
- Maintain BIM content libraries, templates, families, and standards for consistent project delivery
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices
- Support continuous improvement in BIM processes and coordination efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in BIM coordination and architectural design
- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary and large-scale projects
