Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Façade Supervisor based in Dubai. The Façade Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of building façades, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing site activities, coordinating teams, monitoring project timelines, and performing quality checks. The role also involves addressing challenges on-site, preparing progress reports, and working closely with clients and sub-contractors to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience with façade systems, building cladding, and exterior finishes
- Project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience in supervising on-site teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office is desirable
- Familiarity with construction regulations and local compliance standards in Dubai
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the UAE market, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
