We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect to join our construction and design team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural activities on-site, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site architectural works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Review architectural drawings, materials, and technical documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Support project coordination from design development through project completion
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in site architecture, construction, or project supervision
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and site execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
