GRG is working with a leading façade and architectural systems business in Riyadh, KSA to appoint a Pre-Sales Support Engineer. This is a commercially critical role sitting between Sales, Estimation, Technical, and PCS teams, ensuring project inquiries are properly qualified, technically complete, and ready for accurate pricing. This position is ideal for someone who understands façade systems, can read technical documentation confidently, and enjoys being the link between commercial teams, technical teams, and fabricator partners.
You will play a key role in improving proposal quality, turnaround time, and partner experience by reviewing incoming project inquiries, validating drawings, specifications, BOQs and clarifications, and ensuring all information is accurate before it reaches Estimation. You will also help consolidate technical and commercial input into clear, structured proposals, while supporting partner discussions where technical clarity is needed.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the front end of projects, but who also has the technical discipline to challenge incomplete information, propose alternative system options, and keep internal stakeholders aligned.
To be considered, candidates should bring:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience within the façade industry, ideally in technical sales, estimation, pre-sales, or a technical engineering role
- Strong understanding of aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems
- A degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and confidence engaging with internal teams and external fabricator partners
