Epstein is seeking a
BIM Specialist to support and enhance BIM technology, standards, and project delivery across multidisciplinary project teams . The BIM Specialist plays a key role in supporting project teams through the management, coordination, and optimization of BIM processes and technologies. This individual will help ensure high-quality project models, maintain firm BIM standards, and provide technical guidance across architecture and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate BIM technology and workflows for design and construction projects
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of project models and associated data
- Oversee model setup including levels, views, sheets, and templates in accordance with firm standards and project BIM Execution Plans
- Maintain project models throughout all phases of development
- Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and mentoring for Revit users
- Perform model audits and ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
- Assist with project coordination, model integration, and issuance deliverables
- Develop, organize, and maintain BIM templates, libraries, and project-specific content
- Create and modify Revit families and related BIM content
- Collaborate with project teams to support project BIM goals
- Participate in clash detection reviews and coordination meetings
- Monitor BIM workflows and recommend process improvements
- Support pilot testing and implementation of new BIM tools and add-ins
- Train team members on BIM processes and tools as needed
- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies, applications, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Revit/BIM technology
- 2+ years of professional Revit experience in an AEC environment
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Experience supporting BIM coordination within architecture, engineering, or construction projects
- Strong understanding of AEC industry standards and design workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary team
- Takes initiative and follows through on tasks
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and processes

Compensation
Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including education, experience, training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications, and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $80,000 annually.
