Job Summary
The Architect / Senior Architectural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing architectural works and ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role focuses on architectural supervision, finishing works, renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration projects to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Oversee finishing, fit-out, renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration projects.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Support project handover and closeout activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Professional Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (Professional Engineer) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in architectural supervision.
- Strong experience in finishing, fit-out, renovation, rehabilitation, and restoration projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering software.
