The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role involves coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams, monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements to support the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Manage manpower, materials, and resources effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience in the construction/contracting industry.
• Proven experience in building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site execution, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
