Facade Manager
We are seeking an experienced Facade Manager to lead and oversee facade engineering, procurement, and construction activities across major EPC civil projects in the oil & gas sector. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and schedule-driven facade systems in complex industrial environments..

YOUR ROLE
As a Façade Manager, you will
- Lead the design, engineering, and execution of facade systems across EPC civil projects
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including structural, architectural, and MEP
- Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and timelines
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards, industry codes, and project requirements
- Oversee procurement activities, including supplier evaluation and material delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress, risks, and costs—ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain highest standards
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during construction phases
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in façade management within EPC or large scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with curtain walls, cladding systems, glazing, and specialized facade materials
- Strong exposure to oil & gas or industrial construction environments
Education / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
Skills and Competencies
- Solid understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, BS)
- Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, and project management software is a plus
