About the
RolePinnacle Infotech is seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP BIM Coordinator to join the Janadriyah Project team in Qiddiya, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading MEP BIM coordination activities, ensuring seamless integration with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines, and supporting project delivery through effective BIM implementation and multidisciplinary collabora
tion.Note: While accommodation may be provided in Riyadh, the selected candidate will be required to work at the project site in Qiddiya and should be comfortable commuting to and working from the project loca
tion.

- ements.Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, constructability, completeness, and coordination rea

Required Qualifications &
- ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related
- discipline.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in BIM coordination, with at least 2 years in an onsite MEP BIM coordin
- ation role.Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and construction-stage projec
- t delivery.Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructur
- e projects.Prior experience on projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia, will be an added
advantage.
Tech
- nical SkillsProficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage,
- and AutoCAD.Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination, clash detection, and BI
- M workflows.Knowledge of BIM Execution Planning (BEP) and ISO 1965
- 0 standards.Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Common Data Environment (CDE
- ) workflows.Ability to manage federated models and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM deliverables
effectively.
