About the Role
We are looking for a BIM Modeler to develop accurate and high-quality BIM models based on approved design information and project requirements. The role involves supporting multidisciplinary coordination, maintaining model consistency, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Architectural, Structural, or MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Translate design drawings and engineering information into accurate 3D models.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, change requests, and project requirements.
• Support model coordination activities and assist in clash detection processes using Navisworks.
• Generate drawings, sections, schedules, and other project deliverables from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Maintain model organization, version control, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Senior BIM Modelers, Engineers, and Design Teams to resolve
modeling issues and improve model quality.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Proven experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Basic understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, model management, and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project environment.
