This requires the business development skills to tap the huge potential in this growing market to increase market share.
RMC SBU of UltraTech Cement Ltd. is poised to have a 5 times growth by 2026 by formulating business expansion plan and strategy for both captive and new commercial plants cutting across India through discrete and strategic plan by formulating sustainable business models and to ensure SOB in all segments of Key customers.
Strategizing and ensuring Market Leadership position in India, and operations of the SBU with an underlying emphasis on all key metrics viz. Sustainability, Safety and Operational efficiency for the RMC Business.

KRA1 Planning & Scheduling for Plant Commissioning
- Coordinate the execution of the civil work and electrical work through contractors at site as per the drawings from the HO after checking and validating the structural designs at site.
- Ensure the validation and authenticity of bills by measuring the civil and electrical/instruments work at site and make recommendations to HO
- Execute erection and commissioning of the plant at site .
- Execute testing of topography, soil and the structural designs before the start of the execution of plant commissioning at a new site
- Monitor day to day requirement of manpower, equipment, and other resources required for completion of work in time at site .
- Coordinating the stock of equipments for erection commissioning and execute commissioning of porta cabins, weigh-bridges, DGs, cranes, conveyer belts, hoppers, non-factory buildings, etc. at site .
- Manage day to day activities at site for all project execution related activities
- Perform material reconciliation after completion of site work and ensure payment of all bills
KRA2 Safety & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain a safe working environment at the site during the process of setting up the plant at site.
