Technical Architect – Luxury Hotel Fit-Out
We are seeking a Technical Architect to drive the technical design and execution of luxury hospitality fit-out projects. You will translate design concepts into high-quality, buildable solutions, ensuring alignment with international hotel standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
This role sits at the center of design, coordination, and site delivery, ensuring seamless integration of architecture, interiors, and MEP systems from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate detailed fit-out drawings (shop & IFC) for luxury hotel interiors
Convert concepts into fully coordinated, buildable technical packages
Ensure compliance with brand standards, project specifications, and local regulations
Coordinate across Architecture, ID, MEP, and contractors, resolving design clashes
Support delivery across all stages: design, documentation, and construction
Review materials, finishes, and mock-ups to meet luxury quality standards
Conduct site inspections to ensure execution aligns with design intent
Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation
What Success Looks Like
High-quality, error-free technical drawings delivered on time
Strong alignment between design intent and site execution
Minimal rework, RFIs, and design-related issues
Full compliance with brand and regulatory standards
Requirements
8+ years’ experience, including:
5+ years in fit-out / interior architecture
GCC experience (hospitality projects preferred)
Proven track record in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality fit-out
Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and technical detailing
Solid understanding of MEP coordination, joinery, and FF&E
Ability to manage stakeholders, consultants, and site teams
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
