Key Responsibilities
Property Handover Management
- Conduct pre-handover inspections to verify unit readiness and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer handover appointments.
- Explain unit features, systems, warranties, and maintenance requirements to homeowners.
- Ensure all handover documentation is completed accurately and signed by relevant parties.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the handover process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to enhance customer satisfaction.
Technical Coordination
- Liaise with Construction, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Facilities Management, and Contractors to ensure smooth handover execution.
- Monitor unit readiness status and escalate critical issues that may impact handover schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Architectural Engineering.
- 0-3 Years Of experience in real estate development, construction, property management, customer experience, or handover operations.
