BIM Coordinators – All Disciplines | Data Centres
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We're working with a leading General Contractor in Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced BIM Coordinators across all disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural and Architectural, for the delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects.
The successful candidates will join a growing team delivering the first of several large-scale projects in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate design resolutions using Navisworks.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project and client standards.
- Work closely with design consultants, construction teams and subcontractors.
- Support digital construction workflows and model coordination meetings.
- Maintain model quality and assist with project documentation.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of complex data centre projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on major construction projects.
- Data centre project experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.
- Main contractor experience is highly desirable.
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
