We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team for a prestigious mega-infrastructure project in Riyadh. This strategic project includes the construction of complex interchanges, bridges, and roadway networks that will play a key role in transforming urban mobility and supporting Saudi Vision 2030. The project focuses on delivering a modern, sustainable, and efficient transportation system that will enhance connectivity and support the region’s continued growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM coordination and digital project delivery,
- Proven experience in roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects,
- Strong background in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, model federation, and clash management,
- Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360),
- Experience in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards,
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, contractors, consultants, and client representatives,
- Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly preferred,
- BIM-related certifications are considered an advantage,
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities for roads, bridges, interchanges, and related infrastructure works,
- Manage model integration, clash detection, and coordination processes across all project disciplines,
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and established workflows throughout the project lifecycle,
- Facilitate coordination meetings with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction-related issues,
- Monitor BIM deliverables, model quality, and data consistency to ensure project objectives are achieved,
- Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and project controls teams to support efficient project delivery,
- Support the implementation of digital construction strategies, including 3D and 4D BIM processes,
- Prepare coordination reports, track actions, and ensure timely resolution of model-related issues.
